Additional Details

* Character Posing

  • Run First - Prepare Animation script must be run on the figure and it's components (ie. extra body parts) before applying any poses or the poses will not appear as intended. To apply the script, with the figure or its component selected, double click the icon in the poses folder labeled “Run First”. After this script is run, the figure will be ready for poses to be applied.
  • Poses with Props
    • Some poses include the use of props. You must also have the prop content in order to correctly apply those particular poses. For example, if the character is using a shotgun in the pose, you must own the shotgun prop to apply the pose which uses the shotgun. Prop poses can be divided into two categories: simple and complex.
  • Simple Prop Animation
    • Some Poses use Wearables to apply Props. If there is a wearable which corresponds to a specific pose, with the figure selected just click on the wearable to apply the prop. It can now be used as intended in the pose. You must have the content to use the prop.
  • Complex Prop Poses
  • Prepare Animation script must be run on the figure and its components (ie. props) before applying any poses or the poses will not appear as intended. To apply the script, with the figure or its component selected, double click the icon in the poses folder labeled “Run First”. After this script is run, the figure will be ready for animations to be applied.
  • Applying Poses to Figures and Props
    • Match Poses by name. For example:
    • a) GZA Genesis 8.1 Female Survivor Pose 8A
    • b) GZA Genesis 8.1 Female Survivor Pose 8B
    • Apply a) to Gen 8.1 figure. Apply b) to the chainsaw prop.
  • Accommodating Outfits with Poses
    • Before any pose is applied, load the outfit on the unposed figure. If loading the outfit applied a pose to any part of the figure (such as the hands or feet to accommodate props or shoes), create a Pose Control for that pose. This will allow the pose to work with the pose as it is now additive.
