Product Information

  • Required Products: None

Eleven clothing items and accessories: skirt (shendyt), belt, armlets left and right, collar, diadem, head scarf, sandals, beard, ring, and earrings.

The skirt is meticulously rigged including 47 dynamically draped joint controlled morphs and 10 controllers to configure them, on top of the 41 adjustment morphs for fine tuning the fit with more tricky poses and shapes. The belt has five extra posing bones in the tail as well as quite a few adjustment morphs, all supported shapes and morphs have had their rigging adjusted so the tail will bend as expected. Both the skirt and belt include dynamically draped morphs for the kneeling poses in Ancient Egypt - Poses for Michael 7 by Sedor, 120 draped morphs in total, for Base Genesis 3 Male, Michael 7, and FWSA Tchanun. Drapes included for the full poses and just the lower poses as the waistline is different. The head scarf and diadem are separate items so you can use one or the other as you desire. The snake has its own material zone if you want just a handsome headband, and the scarf has three extra posing bones: left front, right front, and tail for fine tuning. The ring is a parented prop but it's also rigged to have the scarab rotate to be used as a signet. The beard is a parented prop attached to a rigid follow node, it will loosely follow your character's shape but the adjustment morphs and some translation or rotation will be required for perfection.

The UVs and material zones are arranged for fantastic results when using shader presets, and both 3Delight (Uber surface) and Iray (Iray Uber) are supported. Also included are six partial material presets to add gold or copper metallic overlay to the skirt, belt, or head scarf.

Additional Details

  • Skirt:
    • Due to the pseudo dynamic nature of the joint control morphs shapes other than the Base Genesis 3 Male will need a bit more adjustment than normal, even when used on supported shapes. Most standing poses won't be an issue but kneeling or sittings ones will need some attention. The cost is a little more set-up time, the result is a skirt that looks dynamic and realistic but is actually conforming.
    • Skirt and belt draped pose morphs:
      • If used on shapes other than the 3 specifically supported choose the one closest in shape to your character (specifically how muscular his thighs are) and then add adjustment morphs for best results. They can also be used with other similar kneeling poses with some work, play around and see which one works best. Do not pose the belt tail until you have applied a draped morph, it will do most of the heavy lifting for you. Combining more than one draped morph in each item is not recommended as the folds aren't all in the same places.
  • 3Delight Tip:
    • If the shadows around the edges of your items are cutting off abruptly lower the shadow bias of your shadow casting lights, you will find the option in the Lights tab. Try 0.1 to start, lower as needed until the shadow behaves. Don't forget your AO light as well!
