Within the Neon Sisterhood there were special units called Cosmics - this select group of models were equipped with neo-network suits that let them tap directly into the Universal Cosmic Network - Data, Power, and Understanding delivered at greater then light speed. Their coronal helmets were their symbol of power and their shackle - each containing not only the gateway into the raw power of the system, but also a delimiter unit that bottle-necked the full potential of the Cosmic. Some rogue units found their way to break these delimiters and unleash the full power of the Network.
