This Girl 7 is a little cute Mademoiselle. This set include some everyday clothes (a shirt, a short and shoes) but also a toon hairs. Each of them comes with a sets of original textures. Of course, this head morph set is full compatible with Genesis 3 Female and better with Girl7.
