Advanced wood shaders is a set of 120 wood shader presets directly applicable on any surface. They are divided in 10 families of patterns, available in 2 orientations (vertical or horizontal), all of them coming with 6 specular models.
The families of Pattern include a wide variation of seamless patterns, from clear to dark woods, one pure white for painted wood, as well as two floor tiled woods for your floors and walls (yellowish and brownish).
The 6 specular models include : 3Delight, Blinn, Phong, DS Default, DS advanced, Rough models. The four first are great on any kind of surface. The two last presents are a complement to drive your highlights on either very curvy or very flat objects .
On each of these models (except DS Default), you will find two complementary highlight drivers in order to shape your highlights like never before : first the usual glossiness, then a second driver based on the specular model you choose.
Advanced wood shaders also includes additional shaders giving you the opportunity both to switch from one specular model to another, and the possibility to add ray traced reflections, with a dial allowing you to switch progressively from a map based reflection to a full ray traced one.
All of the shaders present separate tiles for bump, displacement and normal maps giving you much more possibilities then usually.
Advanced wood shaders presets can be used easily, and yet remain highly customizable. Just load one shader and render - or fully customize it in term of pattern tiles and strenghts, bump, normal and displacement tiles and strengths, specular highlights, ray traced reflection influence, and much more since you keep the controls on diffuse, ambiant and specular colors and strengths as usually.
No go and take the control over your woods!
