First in a series of exterior-only classic homes from turn of the century America, the Collective3d Modern Home Exterior 1 instantly adds homey charm to your neighborhood.

Similar in style to the Chicago Bungalow ubiquitous in such Midwestern cities as Chicago, Milwaukee, and Detroit, the Modern Home Exterior 1 features two story construction with a deep front porch and offset entry, two-color trim, and a faux dormer on the attic. Genuine craftsman style doors and window casings round out this neat, comfortable design.

The set includes the house, a matching one-car garage exterior, and a fenced lot that features a working chain link gate, driveway, sidewalk, a slice of road (with repair patch) and optional polygonal grass. It is designed so it interconnects seamlessly with the Collective3d Cape Cod Style Home, and most future releases, to easily create gigantic neighborhoods. Paint and trim are white texture maps tinted by the diffuse color, so changing color schemes is super easy. Comes with two preloads to quickly drop the house and lot into your scene with or without grass, as well as .DUF files for the individual components.
