Aslan Court is a complete 360-degree 3D landscape interior environment featuring timeless Persian-styled architecture. This set features a modular design that can be broken down into pieces with preloads to load only what you require. Mix and match the parts to create different designs. Each wall section can be individually hidden. This provides a vast array of options for future add-on packs. DAZ Studio 3.5 and 4 light sets have been included, as used in the promo imagery. Note: To use the fully loaded set, a reasonably powerful computer is recommended. Short-cuts can be made using the presets of the product and limiting which parts you load.

  • You can find new icons for loading this product in the following DAZ Studio Folders:

Aslan Court 1 Ps

  • You can find new icons for loading this product in the following Poser Libraries:

  • Poser Quickstart:
    • In the Runtime\Figures\Aslan_Court_1 folder load one of the !Pre cr2 files to preload the section of choice.
    • Any additional elements can be added by loading their respective cr2 file with the 'ASL1_' prefix.
  • DS Quickstart:
    • In the Content\Environment\Architecture\Aslan_Court_1\Scenes folder load the !Preload .daz/.duf file to preload the section of choice. Any additional elements can be added by loading their respective .daz/.duf file with the 'ASL1_' prefix.
  • Detailed Instructions:
    • Aslan Court is made up of separate sections, which when loaded up will create a full 360° interior court. The preloads load to form a complete level on the ground floor.
    • Wall sections can be swapped out and replaced to create a variety of a looks. They have been created in a way which you can simply load up a wall section and rotate it into position. They use multiples of 11.25°. Main sections are every 22.5°.
  • Breakdown and explanation of preload cr2's:
    • Preloads feature two styles, one complete and one partial for use with Aslan Court 2.
    • !Pre_All:
      • Loads the complete interior including wall sections, ceiling and ceiling/wall lights. Wall caps have been hidden where approproate to allow the corridors to be visible.
    • !Pre_Base:
      • As above, but with the ceiling and ceiling light removed. This preload is for use in conjuction with Aslan Court 2 .
  • Materials:
    • In addition to the Poser specific materials (.mc6 and .pz2) there are D|S 3+ and DS4 specific materials (.dsa and .duf) files included . Poser 6 materials reside in the Runtime\Libraries\Materials\Aslan_Court_1 folder, P5 in the Runtime\Libraries\Pose\Aslan_Court_1 folder and DS materials in the Content\Environment\Architecture\Aslan_Court_1\Materials folder.
  • Lights:
    • There are DS3+ and DS4.5 lights included in this set, as used in the promo imagery. The feature both UberEnvironment, UberAreaLght Plane and UberAreaLight Sphere. Quality (and subsequent render times) can be adjusted by altering the Samples value for each light, as found in the Surfaces tab.
  • All promos were created in DS 4.5 using the light set included. All postwork (such as the sun streaks) was done in Adobe Photoshop CS6.
