County Crime Lab is a small urban lab facility typical of those found in the mid-20th century, housing the Medical Examiner's office along with supporting laboratories and administrative facilities.

The 1930s architecture is based on a real building Two wings are separated by an imposing gated arch, with a passage and yard beyond.

The set has two internal floors with stairs and internal partitions. All doors and gates open. Partitions and walls can be hidden for access or to make bigger spaces.

The surrounding street has mat presets for both right-hand drive and left-hand-drive vehicle use. 22 camera positions are included, allowing easy access to all areas inside and out. The possibilities for many different types of render are enormous!
