The Knights Academy was where the nobles of the kingdom sent the youth for training to prepare for a life of chivalry. The weathered statue of the old knight has stood watch over countless generations as they pass through these honored halls.

Here they would acquire the skills of archery, swordplay and tactics. The large enclosed exterior environment for Daz Studio 3Delight and Iray render engines includes numerous props in the preloaded scene file. 30+ camera angles quickly offers multiple positions to help story telling possibilities. The large environment has countless nooks and small details. All the training props can easily be hidden or removed to task the environment for other purposes.

Includes multiple individual props in the preload scene files, which can be moved or removed, including Old Knight statue, various ivy, bushes, flowering shrubs, lanterns and posts, archery targets, archery arrows, octagon arena, grass clumps, bushes, palls, posts, helms, metal breastplate, audience fence, bleachers, patio, doors, windows, fluttering tower banners, hanging banners as well as 2 low poly wagons and crates.

The Portcullis at the far end opens up and closes. Stairs, tower, walls, and paths are fixed. All other individual props can be moved and re-positioned. The smaller oak doors can be moved and re-positioned but the trade-off is they do not open. To give the sense of history this academy is surrounded by background village rooftops as if a town built up just beyond the walls of the academy. These village rooftops are separate props that can be moved or removed if necessary. They help fill up the horizon line.

Additional Grass instances are provided to add details to the ground lawns. For Iray, they are included in the scene file as separate elements/nodes. For 3Delight, they are a separate preload. These do add thousands of additional polys to the scene and can be resource intensive. Switching off visibility in the node tree can help with performance until render time.

Please note: Character figures are available separately in the Daz Store. Daz Instancing was used often in this set and may require special plugins to work in other applications.
